I dont consider that a big issue on Shima. I took the time to grind it out and in my opinion, it is NON VALUE ADDED....  What a waste of time....  they are so detectable but with those numbers they cant help but hit things. If the torp traverse could be dropped to -50% that makes the torp traverse 14.4s for a 180 degree turn. Even if you have to traverse your torpedoes a lot, it's still worth taking the module since the reload time makes up for that time that you spend turning your torpedo tubes.
